Indian Navy To Buy Ka-31 Helos By vivek raghuvanshi NEW DELHI - Indian authorities have cleared a Navy proposal to acquire five Russian Kamov Ka-31 helicopters for about $20 million, Navy sources said. The Cabinet Committee of Security (CCS), the government′s highest body for arms purchases, approved the deal earlier this month.
